I enjoyed to read posts and wish you a good luck for your future.
I was wondering if you would be interested in sharing your posts and ideas on Glipho? It's a quite new social publishing platform for bloggers like you. :)
MonikaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1621172731232796768.post-35987911862356933722013-02-28T11:38:00.768+10:002013-02-28T11:38:00.768+10:00Feel your pain and it had now been 26 months since...Feel your pain and it had now been 26 months since PF basically crippled me. First the left foot and then the right foot 2 months after the left healed. Was able to throw in a 33:58 10k between the injuries but am now h been biking exclusively.
I'm healthy now and passing the top riders ( not the sponsored ones) in the area on a bike. To do that I now train like a cyclist and spend hours on the saddle. First real run yesterday in 5 months. Slow but NO PAIN.
http://connect.garmin.com/activity/278181775

Hang in there and the only reason you get passed on the bike is you seem to be training like a runner not a biker.Robert Kroghhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08700010706405198397noreply@blogger.com
