My 'Masters Performance of the Day' in the Half goes to Ronnie, the man is a machine 75m10 at M60!
This year Ronnie ran 75m52 at Noosa to break the National M60 record and 76m40 at Doomben.
This performance tops it off, three World class performances from Ronnie so far this Winter!

Thanks Dave, I've felt a bit flat since the surgery, had 3 mth chck up recently & all good, happy to go under 1.24 today, gives me something to work with. You're right about Ronnie P - inspirational. Also chk out Mara W50 Sally Gibbs 2.42.?. Good luck with the running - what chance North Lakes fun run?. Dave S
