Sun Midday 11KM Red Beach to Woorim and back
Ran into the breeze on the way up = nice and cool but with the breeze behind me on the way back it felt really hot. I was dripping sweat . Ran about 5mins quicker than previously. Finished off with a swim in Pumicestone Passage with Natalie, Max, Lily and Sandy (The Beagle)!
