I was going to run 6 X 1000 but this session got the better of me!
Felt like I still had lactic in the system, and it was humid, windy
and the left calf was niggling, as I was slowing down,
I felt there was nothing to be gained by pushing myself beyond the limit.
What a fantastic game of cricket today! Most enjoyable and what a result!
It did wonders for my enthusiasm for the game.!
