I ran my 6KM Roo course this morning (5.00am = commitment!)
I say ran but I was thinking the pace was more like warm down after a tough interval session pace!
The Doctor thought my calf injury might be a tear of the gastrocnemius which meant rest and slow recovery sessions in order to avoid any recurrence. It felt fine this morning but then it has felt fine cycling and general walking for a while.
I managed 19 Pull Ups in one go this morning . I'd like to challenge myself to a goal number but not sure what to pick? How about 50!
"50 Pull ups by age 50" - sounds like a challenge.
