Australian Masters Track& Field Championships Perth

I am able to ride my bike without any calf issues so I have been getting out on it recently.

I find that cycling doesn't really tend to raise my heart rate that much so I have turned my 18 gear bike into a 1 gear bike (Biggest wheel smallest cog). It is a beast to push up inclines and requires out of saddle 'running' . On the steepest sections it is all I can do to keep the wheels turning. It has made cycling a much more demanding exercise which really feels great.

The Australian Masters track & field Champs are taking place, as ever, over this Easter Long Weekend. This year its Perth's turn to host the event.

I had been trying to find the results but the promised results on the AMA site never showed.

As I would have expected John Jago took out the 800 and 1500 in my M45's Cat.

Whilst Bruce Graham has won the 5 and 10,000, leaving him the 8K CC today.
