Too hot too humid too windy (26 C/79 F, 67%, 9kph gusting 19kph) to run any faster.that is it for 5000m for this year.Queensland State Open 5000m mid Jan will be my next go.

A new WR today in the M50 4*800m of 8:39.01 - Andrew Egginton, me, Peter Hawes and John Jago. Approx splits were 2:08. 2:12, 2:10, 2:09 The old mark was 8:40.32. Unfortunately that recent Aus record of yours didn't last too long. Cheers.

Qld Open will be Brisbane Uni of Queensland track St.Lucia campus on 21st Jan.
Scott #2, that is magnificent! Brilliant running and tremendous organisation to get a Queenslander a Tasmanian, a Victorian and a ? where is Andrew from? A World Record! That is something to tell the grandkids!
