Summer Days

I ran 6K Roo Wed, Thurs, and Fri. All untimed but decent efforts. I'm optimistic that this at last might be a come back. Of course I don't intend to overdo it but will try a slightly longer run today, however it's already 28 O C (82 O F) and not a cloud in the sky!
