Unbelievably humid

Got home from a hard day at the office (ha ha!) psyched up for my run contemplating an 11K but yesterdays run and the journey home on the train - standing room only, led my R.knee into an ache and I determined just a 6K would be more than enough. My new neighbour a 35 y.o Masters touch footy player ( John Beazley formerly from Wagga Wagga ) was heading out the door at the same time so we ran together. Of course you can guess that even being neighbourly I could not hold myself back (aching knee and all) and when he offered me to run on ahead I duly obliged at the 4K mark. It was incredibly humid and the sweat poured off me like a tap - love it!
