My Knees still hurt so I'm going to take another 4 weeks off running to see if I can get them right. I have a goal to be fit at the end of May - hope to be running in Europe and want to be at my best and pain free and feel that there is no point continuing at present as the condition could become chronic. In the meantime I shall concentrate on Core exercise in an effort to keep some weight off and be in the best shape possible for getting back into running.
