Really found it difficult getting going possibly Morning Lethargy possible due to body condition.
After the third interval 74 sec shocker I concentrated on relaxation, back lift and quick feet and I somehow managed to magic up a 69! (I'd read a good article by Peter Sandery in the latest Masters Yearbook). Isn't it amazing how a bit of relaxation actually helps your speed rather than my typical attitude fight the track fight the body and if it don't hurt it ain't no good!
