I had some beers last night so don't fancy getting out this morning, today is going to be a 37 O C day so don't fancy a run at lunchtime, perhaps this evening if there isn't a storm!
This morning was woken through the night by humidity and claps and cracks of thunder but don't think it actually rained!

We didn't get a storm so I went out when I got home. It was 31 O C at 6.00pm!

I worked hard all the way but like Tues I felt I put a lot of effort in for an average time 43m53! Perhaps the heat does affect me! - My P.B. is 38m55.
