Mate, you probably know more about this game than I ever will; heard all the encouragements and advice; been around the old 400m tartan enough times; slugged your way around the toughest CC course; and hammered yourself over road course to know the score. So I write to just let you know I (and I reckon heaps of others) wish you all the best. (Hope that doesn't sound to patronising. I don't see you as a poor crippled old man but an athlete who tests his limits. [It's a fine line we run.] Trust me my intentions are good).
