One of my children dug out this old photo today which after a little detective work, I deduced, must have been the Bushey Quarter Marathon in 1990 or 1992 (I think I only ran it twice).
First in 1990 and beaten by the still active Julian Critchlow (photo below) in 1992.
The photo line up above is me, Stu Moore , Kevin Falvey, and Col Pearson.
I'm off to the Gold Coast with the family for a weeks R & R.

Good photo that one. Kevin Falvey - what a great talent. Did you ever get to train with Kev? A couple of mates of mine in Oz are still in contact with Kev who lives in London and although he doesn't run anymore, he still does some cycling. I think he finished top 30 in the City to Surf about 12 years ago after turning up hungover. Regards, Matt.
