We are top of the League I said we are top of the league!

Wed eve 6K Roo Slow
Thurs 5am 11K Roo+Lake S L O W

I've decided to do a Pete Magill and throw away the watch! What is the point of timing these training runs other than to beat myself up about not running times I used to walk in my sleep.
It is all about the effort and right now as ever I'm giving it the maximum effort that I'm comfortable with. Nice to get out this morning and run in some cooler temps!!

Arsenal had the chance of going top of the Premier league if they could win by 2 clear goals today at home against Bolton again. Looks like they've come unstuck as they went 0 - 2 down early in the game : (
- Football !
Update!!!!!!!! Arsenal come back and win the Game 4 -2 , WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE!
I SAID, WE ARE, TOP OF THE LEAGUE

We are top of the league too.

Does it revert to Goals Scored when GD is the same, or are you top of the league due to the alphabet?

I think I prefer the runner on the sand.

Goals Scored Tommy. If you can remember back in 89 Gooners won the League in the last match of the Season on Goals Scored by beating runners up Liverpool, 2 - 0 at Anfield in the Fever Pitch match! I have a bottle opener that commemorates the Thomas goal every time I open a bottle!
Agreed, the sand runner has agreeable form!
