David asked me to post these results for him . He's holding up OK . He's at a safe house . We're sending a copy to Abbott . Get out and lobby your local member and turn up on Saturday at Rocks Riverside park run . We have to send a clear message to the government they can't send David back to that festering swamp on Manus Island . He was always going to declare that $500 to the tax office . We'd like to thank Garmin for sticking by David . Due to the disfiguring mouth ulcers he's now not the international face of Garmin but it's hands and grasping fingers at least until he's fit and safe enough to appear in Public . Thanks everyone . David appreciates the support .

Yes Thistlewaite has hit the nail on the head . Very perceptive ! I'll be there Saturday for sure .

Hintsa and Clay , David says he's sorry you both didn't turn up on Sunday and so lost a great chance to get the runner's up cheque and pose beside Dave's hands . But now isn't the time for pettiness or bitterness . We need you guys .

David posted by Braille this morning that he can't be at the Rocks in person on Saturday as he'll be arrested and deported but he appreciates the thousands who will turn up to support him and pose next to his wak effigy . He says the age graded winner will get a Mr.Garmin doll and a kiss from Lusty Lucy .

Sounds like a great day coming up . Great that Lucy is still posting Dave's training for him on the blog . He'd be lost without her . Hope he's still getting treatment for the disfiguring mouth ulcers so he can continue to be the international face of Garmin . There's always airbrushing of course . Are those hands genuine or fill ins ? They look a bit like the Pelicans' .

Strange posting a comment on my own blog but they have my house under surveillance 24/7 and I can't get to the computer . Lucy's been fantastic . Training as best I can . Appreciate everyone's support for turning out on Saturday . Love to be their with you guys . Can't play the bagpipes anymore with these damn mouth ulcers. Trust Barry to pick that toxic swamp for my world age graded championship win . Good one Barry . The Rocks Riverside is much more upmarket and classy . We can thank the Robot for that . Finally done something useful . So get out on Saturday and keep signing those petitions as many times as you like . Just make names up . Nobody checks . No way am I going back to Manus Island ! Thanks you guys . Lucy sends you all a big kiss as well and you can kiss her on the day as well for a small charge . Remember it will only cost $100 to pose next to my wax effigy .That's a bargain . All profits go to my High Court Challenge as does the kiss Lucy profits .

Minister Morrison was sent a very clear message today at the Rocks Riverside park run when an unprecedented groundswell of popular support spontaneously erupted in support of the man known the world over as the Garmin Lama and now battling immigration red tape to remain in his adopted homeland . Traffic on Centenary Highway was brought to a standstill as literally thousands thronged to the idyllic park land setting to show that the government, already reeling from a budget backlash , was risking further alienation from grass roots support if the popular Scotsman continues to have his temporary protection visa revoked and he is returned to the hell hole which is Manus Island . The tone for the day was set when protesters burnt an effigy of Prime Minister Tony Abbott followed by a Scottish Marching Band resplendent in kilts and tartan performing a medley of Scottish favourites as they trampled over the smouldering ashes . No one cared or took an interest in results or times as this was essentially a participation event and the leaders ran together for much of the distance carrying as they were the wax model of the GTrain kindly donated by Madame Tussards for the occasion . The Scotsman could not attend in person being as he is in hiding from immigration officials . Unfortunately the model was dropped close to the finish line in a collision with a visually impaired runner with the unfortunate consequence that the nose and right hand were broken off and it was deemed unsuitable to be posed with for photos . Overall the morning was a great success and it remains to be seen what concessions can be garnered from a government clearly on the nose with voters and looking to turn it's fortunes around as swiftly as possible .

Thanks all you guys for turning up . David really appreciated it . It's a lonely life being the Alpha male distance runner and even more so when you're forced into hiding . We'll keep everybody posted as to how things pan out . That blind guy who collided with the wax effigy wasn't blind at all it was just an immigration official trying to arrest the model thinking it was the real GTrain . Amazingly life like but without the mouth ulcers and nose hair . Pity the nose broke off and the hand as well but it was insured . The immigration official got beaten up pretty badly when the crowd turned ugly . Lucky he wasn't lynched . Enjoyed kissing everyone . All profits will go towards the " Keep the GTrain Downunder " trust . Thanks again everyone.

Thistlewaite is correct . If McSweeney is allowed to run this weekend he's going to be hard to toss on age grading. His form is brilliant of late capped with that 30 k long run . I agree he looks set to run around 33:50 and Monna will have to at his best to beat him and that age grading figure could well happen . The robot is well out of his depth and crumbling under the pressure . Unlike McSweeney he was not able to respond to the challenge as the Scotsman has done and clearly does not belong in the same race or class . Generous of Thisltewaite to think he may age grade at 89% and is obviously a diplomatic rather than an athletic prediction .

Pete; Monna's was 32;50 so I will be a minute behind but that is an improvement on the 4 minutes at Redcliffe
Taking it easy this week, just a ride in the freezing cold this morning.

Good news everyone . Just heard from Dave . Morrison's crumbled in big time . Says it was all a big misunderstanding . That crowd support on Saturday did the trick . Showed we weren't going to take any crap . Dave is ready to produce the goods on Saturday and repay the love to all his supporters . He says not to feel sorry for Monna if he does him over . Redcliffe was a long time ago and a lot of tides have come and gone out again. Monna is coming back from injury and knows he's in for a hiding as are all the pretenders to the GTrain's title . Just get out with those " sub 34" placards and don't forget to shop at the GTrain memorabilia tent . Plenty of bargains . We have a great little Garmin Lama Buddha statue for $19.99 that glows in the dark . That's tremendous value and won't last at that price .
