Sun 9.00am 17KM Roo+Lake+Roo
We had 76mm of rain overnight and when I went out it was still raining! Absolutely drenched and I guess running on the sodden nature strip beside the footpath added to that! Was quite stiff from yesterdays trail run or was it the climb up the 'mountain' ?
Whilst I was out ,another 26mm of rain fell!! Thats 101mm in less than 12 hours ( The Tropics!)
Later in the morning, back home, there was a flash of light (Inside the house) as a bolt of lightning must have hit pretty close by followed a second or two later by the most almighty clap of thunder I've ever heard. The whole house shook.
I will be interested to see how I recover from 17K's.
