Tues 5.00am 11km Roo+Lake - tough going!
Tough going in my condition when you top and tail sessions (Evening run followed by morning run).
The blanket of cloud that has been in our skies the last few days is still there. We are in the margins of Ex Tropical Cyclone Olga. This has led to showery conditions with buffeting winds. The temps are only in the high 20's but the humidity is still here.
