I put in an awful lot of effort for a mediocre time.
Wed. 6.00pm Nudgee 10 X 400m Ave 72 - 120m jog recovery.
Started with a 68 and finished with a 70, blustery/windy conditions, hard work!
Thurs 5.00am 11KM Roo+Lake 47m42 Recovery run
Oh my aching body!
