Thursday 5.00am 11KM Roo+Lake 45m11 !!! Yes exactly the same time.
It was back to work yesterday and that meant getting up at 5am for a run!! Tough going plus I got soaked for the second day on the trot. This morning the same thing, I get soaked and run exactly the same time = Ground Hog Day!
